Important Notes:
- Original file (before encoding for AICP) must be high-quality.
- Do not use quotes(") in file names.
- All files must have an extension and it must be either .mov or .mp4.

If you need help encoding your file, you can use EntryBot. EntryBot is an online system, available 24/7, that automatically formats videos to the proper specs for award show entry. Just upload your file(s), select the AICP Show and the file will immediately be processed.
Upload Fees
There is a flat $40 fee for each uploaded file. An uploaded file may be submitted to several categories without incurring additional upload fees. Please note that upload fees are in addition to any entry fees.
